服务一般般，好奇葩的一间酒店，六楼居然没有电梯？？一开始把我们安排到六楼，只能坐电梯到五楼，还要自己扛行李扛一层楼。那是后楼梯啊，非常不安全！！
搞了很久才让我们换成2楼。
日式大床房，很小，非常小。厕所门一打开就别想在走道站着了。
干净整洁是可以的。交通也方便。龙翔桥D2出口一直走就是了。楼下还有全家，非常方便。

酒店位置好，地铁近，机场大巴就在马路对面公交站上车，离西湖音乐喷泉也近。我住5楼大床房，服务员非常好，有什么需求，他都热情帮助，大床睡觉很舒服。卫生间带智能马桶，洗澡间排水系统做的用心，是回形槽，排水通畅。缺点是这个酒店没有早餐，免费早餐也是外卖送的。

比较干净，就是边边角角细节上还不够，然后房间比较小不过麻雀虽小五脏俱全。地理位置很好离西湖挺近，旁边吃得也多有商场之类的，对面有一个夜市没事可以逛逛。总体上挺满意呢～～～性价比高
