酒店位置好，离地铁近，离西湖也近。酒店环境也好，晚上安静。但房间很小，日式大床房和踏踏米房大小一样，而非同程旅游显示的面积有差距，这点网友们要注意。但比较幸运的是酒店经理帮忙换了房。

酒店位置不错，走几百米附近各大商场，离西湖也不算远，还有个医院，吃饭逛街很不错！
房间一进来感觉不错，日式风格，给人很干净整洁的感觉。房间虽不大，五脏俱全，看得出房间在细节上很用心，智能马桶，床头的书，茶具茶壶，总之很喜欢！
服务人员态度很好，说换一下房间，说让我看一下，喜欢那个就住哪个好了，真的不错！
以后如果再来杭州还会住这里，真的很不错！

酒店位置不错，离西湖不远，走路过去15分钟左右。从机场坐大巴维景酒店下，前行100多米就能到了。酒店也挺干净的，就是房间稍微有些小。
