新开的酒店，无论卫生还是装修都很不错，服务人员态度也很好，酒店高层可以看到西湖，景色可以，值得推荐。

超级好的体验了，因为好朋友生日约好一起去杭州玩，提前两天预定，又联系酒店人员问下能不能帮忙布置房间，想要给朋友一个惊喜，酒店小哥哥宋晓琼很积极热血的帮我布置，帮忙放生日蛋糕，因为生日原因还给我们免费升级了房间，真的是很感动了，酒店也超级不错，智能马桶很厉害的样子，最厉害的是现在点外卖酒店有个小机器人帮忙送到房间门口，对于住户来说那是真的很安全方便了，入住体验非常好。比之前在上海住的超贵的一家酒店服务态度还要好，很赞，nice。

不知道评价怎么来的，房间太小，基本设施过于简单，酒店周围环境杂乱，总之于评价相差太远，楼道一股油漆味，性价比不高
