入住体验不错，服务只能给3星，前台Nino办理入住时说让我给个好评，给我免费升房，同为酒店前台工作人员，你给我升不升我无所谓，但是之后你让我办个会员补个差价，不办就不能升房。这种前后不一致的说法，怎么说出口的！全程没有微笑，你是怎么做到的，其他前台服务很好，房间干净，房间设施也很满意，个别服务有待提升！

房间虽小但很温馨，不过离西湖如果步行还是有点累的。一张房卡确实尴尬，必须两人同进同出！早餐品种不多！
