因自己身体原因在浙江医学院附属医院看病，每次去都是住这家酒店，周边环境没得说，有停车位很好，前台美女服务很不错，特别是前台有一个叫苏慧和孙虹佳的两个小女孩，服务非常热情，因自己也是做酒店前台的，服务真的很重要，她们做得很好👍房间每次去都给免费升级了，很好哦，房间外的夜景也不错哦，本人喜欢楼层高一点的坐在窗台上静静地看着外面的车来车往，这次住在21层很好

这家酒店刚刚做过装修 进房就有浓重的味道 预到雨天又带着孩子 晚上九点多实在是没办法换酒店 只能与酒店交涉换房 客房部对于房间有味道的投诉习以为常 沟通半天给间临湖升级房 勉强住了一夜一早赶紧走人 体验度较差
