新开酒店，高层部分房间可眺望西湖，位置算是很好的，紧临高架桥，交通方便。
酒店大堂很舒适，房间配置很ok，床品和浴品都很ok，房间不算大（比旁边的citigo宽敞不少），但布局合适（洗浴间门不是很方便）。整体来说性价比高，服务方便很不错。。感谢给升级！

酒店是新开的，硬件都很新，前台服务人员态度都很好。酒店位置也挺方便，步行到嘉里中心不到十分钟，到西湖15分钟。

酒店位置中心，新装修，一点点的气味。环境很好，很安静，服务员热情，比相同价位的酒店性价比高很多。一般不评论，下回来杭州会回订。值得推荐

早餐还是很丰富，不能加床，酒店位置很好，房间设施很完善，在房间还可以看到西湖美景，那种美感是身在喧嚣心可以用西湖美景去净化，
