向来我以价格来衡量酒店，所以这330的价格，就这环境设施我还是比较失望的，酒店设施陈旧，房间陕小，餐厅在地下室与汽车在一起，对杭州印象不好，停车费真贵。

我预定的是大床房，结果前台给我开了一个双人床，我看了房间之后下来问她，为什么不是大床房，她说我预定就是这样的房间，我就弄不明白，大床房跟双人房是一样的吗？房间很小，设备简陋陈旧，当时我就不入住，结果还不让退房！太坑人了.
