朋友来杭，给他开的房间，原本想西溪湿地附近，又是大牌酒店林立的地方，4-5年前也住过，体验蛮好，这次去了，设备陈旧，吊顶出风口处都是灰尘甚至蜘蛛网一样的脏东西，储物柜的玻璃门还是关不上，卡住的，给原本就很小的房间又增加了不必要的空间！朋友住了3个晚上，门上没有请打扫房间或者请不要打扰的门签，导致阿姨每天早上10.30分就来敲门，很尴尬！因为朋友有点小洁癖有过敏性鼻炎，第三天早上陪朋友出门的时候特意和阿姨说把床单和被套换一下，结果阿姨很不情愿的说，啊，要换床单啊！我无语了！丢死人了，朋友在国外4-5年没回来，难得来次杭州看我一家，给他住了这个酒店，实在是后悔！周围性价比高的多了去了！不是很推荐！图片忘了拍了！以上言论实事求是绝无半点夸张虚假，希望酒店方与时俱进，加强管理！

酒店十分幽静 附近好吃的餐馆甚多
处在风景区内 散步闲逛很是惬意
酒店设施尚可 但相较设施 房价稍贵 毕竟是在风景区内 理解
