不错!孩子很喜欢这个跃层，直言没住够。带的小阳台可以看外面风景，很惬意!离开杭州，最怀念的就是二层上面的床

酒店地理位置紧靠西溪，但是进入西溪售票处还需要步行暴走三公里或者打的五公里在天目湖售票口进入周家村坐船。我们住的是标间，乞丐版的什么都没有，房间很小也不能加床，双床和电视机过道里勉强挤过一个人，入住那天没有餐巾纸和欢迎水果，酒店的烧水壶也坏了只能喝冷的矿泉水，更高效的是楼下check in的地方也是没有温白开的，酒店回复我们都是喝矿泉水的…五一黄金周期间人很多很嘈杂，很多带着孩子住酒店的，但是小孩子声音倒没怎么听到，大人哇哇哇的过道里乱喊训孩子叫出租车拉皮箱关门各种乒乒乓乓，素质真心一般。也没有早饭，我们是在边上的小吃店里吃的早饭，晚饭是在外婆家，五一黄金周期间人非常非常多，六点过去前面靠三十桌等着，建议早点去拿号。西溪天堂是有停车场的，边上是个栖悦城，综合去吃喝购物都有满足基本需求。住店客户凭停车券免费停车这点比较好，早点去才有位置不然下午只能停路上…洋洋洒洒说了那么多不如上一看细节…

來這裏開會但意料之外的美，園裡規劃的也還好，就是商家營業時間短沒好好感受晚上的西溪，白天倒是還可以，值啦

很适合带孩子游玩，酒店环境不错，卫生也很好！酒店就在湿地附近。可以骑单车就可以到西溪湿地公园，周围也可以吃饭购物，很方便，酒店男前台接待服务态度也很好！
