基本满意，就是晚上游完西湖回酒店居然有个大蟑螂，之后给换了房间基本满意，就是空调需要定期维护一下，有噪音，还好是套房，有2个空调，关掉一个用另一个，睡的还算安稳。

位置优越，柳浪闻莺就在斜对面，走路不到5分钟。走到到河坊街步行街只要15分钟。该套房有个长沙发，我家孩子不睡床喜欢睡沙发。住得很舒服。

住店体验很差，房间的浴缸水放出来是黄的，最重要的是酒店旁边就是一个墓园，大胆的朋友可以尝试一下！
