非常滿意的一次住宿經驗，櫃檯人員的服務態度和專業度讓人感覺如沐春風，非常熱情親切。房間燈光和窗簾是自動人體感應的裝備，感覺很新鮮。br酒店對面幾步路的距離就是柳浪聞鶯入口處的牌坊，雷鋒塔也是步行距離即可到達，非常方便。南山路太美，感覺有點像歐洲。下次到西湖旅遊，還會挑選這一家酒店。
