酒店的设施和配套服务非常不错，旁边就是西湖的柳浪闻莺，很适合休闲度假。从我个人的角度，相对明显的劣势有两点∶酒店房间设计采光和照明有点不足，不适合需要在住店过程中使用电脑处理公务的人；另外就是位置总体离繁华地带和几个重要交通枢纽有点远，会造成一定的出行成本。但假如是打算在西湖边放松游玩，这家酒店值得被推荐。

酒店就在西湖柳浪闻莺对面，挺方便的，周边风景很美。此外，酒店的服务真的很好，接待的美女帅哥都特别细心周到，虽然有些小插曲，但都非常周到地解决了，非常暖心贴心，推荐！

已经不是第一次定这个酒店了，酒店的位置绝佳，南山路上，靠柳浪闻莺的路口，而且不是那种高楼的酒店，是小洋楼这点让我很喜欢，个人不太喜欢住高楼里的星级酒店，当然，定这里也是因为一直很喜欢桔子的品牌，房间类型年轻人是一定都会喜欢的，每个房型都很漂亮，而且前台还给我免费升级了房型，服务很棒，在那个地段，这个价格也就是个民宿的价格，忘记拍房间了，大堂凑合看一下。对了，旁边挺近的就是浙江省美术馆，步行就能到，那天也去了一下看美术展，这点特别值得一提

靠近西湖，比较安静，离热闹的湖滨还要两三站路，公交509米一站，喜欢步行的朋友也可以散步前往湖滨银泰百货。
