多次听朋友说出行认定桔子水晶 这次来杭州慕名入住 结果大失所望 而且是因为安全隐患的问题 房间的玻璃爆裂了还让我们入住 到晚上我们发现地上马桶上床上都是玻璃屑 告诉前台刚开始告知客满 把玻璃拆除打扫后再入住 后来才给我们换了房间 以后不会再选择桔子水晶

这家桔子酒店的位置很赞，步行3分钟可以观赏到西湖的旖旎风光了，步行1公里可以到达吴山广场，登吴山望远，或感受一下小吃步行街的喧嚣和美食，步行1.2公里左右可以到银泰城逛街购物和品尝美食，而且各种美食也真心不贵哦。酒店的设施舒适、服务周到热情、配套完善，真的很棒，值得入住，下次还会选择它。说到桔子酒店这个品牌，经营的很不错，其他城市的桔子水晶也入住过，一如既往的品质保障值得选择。这次出行恰逢降雪，幸运的欣赏到雪西湖的美景，搭配满意的住宿体验，惬意愉悦。
