这么大的酒店中餐厅竟然8:30厨师就下班了。点了外卖，想叫前台安排服务员送一下，却说无法送因为没有服务员。出去取餐那里明明有三位前台，难道不是人吗？杭州遇到最差的酒店。房间设施陈旧，隔音极差。酒店除了位于龙井，大环境好以外，真没什么优点。一楼的游泳池漂白水味道都传到走道外面来！
