酒店外部环境很棒，是在半山腰，景致迷人。服务也很好。唯一的问题是房间的空调，开了冷气16度结果只出热风，睡到半夜一家人全热醒，关了开窗，凉快多了。泳池的水偏凉，女儿游的直打哆嗦。茶叶不错。床略小，两晚都没睡好。装修风格大爱，但还有点味道。早餐还可以。

环境是真的没话说，毕竟西湖边上，建筑风格我也喜欢就是那种倒杯茶坐一天的惬意，忙里偷闲，11年了也为了弥补那走错的三年。但早饭实在是不敢恭维。我吃到了快捷酒店的感觉。虽然量多排盘好看但味道实在是不和我胃口。可能肚子不饿的缘故吧。

在西湖景区中，环境没得说。搞得挺高端的样子，细节还是给人造成困扰。本打算住三晚，住了一晚上就跑了。
楼道里几乎没有方向指示，欢迎来玩迷宫游戏。房间里空气相当不好，我后来想想应该是天气问题，屋外也是二十三四度左右所以导致空调不工作，得设成20度制冷才能换气。马桶圈是歪的，质量很差的薄薄的塑料圈，一坐就知道。
