入住这家酒店好几次了，一如既往的好，不管是楼层阿姨和前台姐姐都非常热情、每次见到都会笑着跟我们问好、感觉很亲切！房间风格有选择性，下次还是会选择这家住，干净卫生，服务热情周到！位置不错，也不吵闹。总之就是 好 很好 非常好 特别好 good very much 66666666

酒店无早餐，离西湖景区两公里左右。该酒店只在三层，与全季酒店共用电梯。房间较小，设施略显简单陈旧，有一房间淋浴间下水排水很慢。卫生还行，服务也可以。在当地价格还不算太贵。

酒店位置非常好，离西湖很近，关键是难得有免费的停车位！下面马路就有很多饮食店，五花八门都有的吃。设施齐全，卫生也过得去，房间的隔音稍差一点。服务员的专业水平有待提高，特意打电话过来咨询杭州限行规定，竟然一问三不知。说实话，入住西湖附近的客人，一般都是冲着游西湖而来的外地游客，最需要了解这方面的信息。
