这是我住过最差的一个酒店，酒店小的可怜，没窗户，完全不通风，憋的要死，暗无天日，里面的灰尘很大。洗手间水漏堵上了，洗澡水冲不下去。空调声音像拖拉机一样。一张床就摆在地上，没有落脚的地方。再也不会住这样的酒店了。

房间挺舒适的，床好舒服，躺上去都不想起来了，暖气足，这种寒冷的天气让人好舒服！每年来杭州都住这家店，离西湖很近！

价格合适，位置方便，地铁口步行10分钟。离西湖近，楼下就是吃饭的各种店。就是门不好找，跟全季酒店公用一个大门，上三楼。
