没有住过比这个更垃圾的酒店了，一共开了三见房，没有空调。孩子半夜没罚睡觉。由闷又热。凌晨三点打电话给前台反映这个事情。过了半小时前台回电说空调坏了。就这样一晚没睡。第二天一大早找前台讨说法，客房服务也去感受了。过了一会来了一个经理。说空调没有问题。昨晚服务员回答错了。没有坏。是统一调整到26度。说其他人没有反应热。我也是醉了。我们早餐旁边的人都在说没有空调。如果我没有孩子我也就自认倒霉。但是人家不反应不代表你空调就是好的呀。自己的服务员都说是坏的。酒店来了一句替他说错话道歉。后投诉到艺龙。就发了一个短信说酒店说没问题。醉了。

主要空调不开。就通风br本来硬件稍微旧 服务也还好br但这天气空调没有等于全毁br定了三间房 这次体验不是很满意
