我订的710和709二间房。二个标间的卫生间里都只有一块浴巾。710的冲淋房下水太慢，洗完澡脚就踩在脏水里面…还有，冲淋房里没有放沐浴用品的架子，很不方便。710有二只苹果，709没有苹果，尽管我不吃…总体房间还是蛮干净的。希望宾馆能更注重细节。

酒店位于老城区，应该算是比较好的酒店，尤其是服务态度非常好，不管是前台还是餐厅服务员，都非常热情，早餐也很丰富，下次还会选择

之前觉得服务还不错，地理位置对我来说方便，但是今年明显感觉服务差了，酒店设施太旧了，也没有翻新，大门竟然没法反锁，每天早上九点多服务员就开门而进要搞卫生，都说了过了11点再来，结果连续几天一直如此，竟然还反驳我，敲了门没反应就以为没人，每天被吵醒也是无语了。另停车场管理人员个别态度也很差，问有没车位，爱理不理，感觉全世界欠他的，停完车反复说场地免费提供停车很好了，他们没可能管车子擦碰什么的。我可啥都没说，有必要这么提前强调这么多吗？

桐庐金鑫宾馆很赞，入住环境很好，很温馨，客服很赞，尤其是房间客服经理服务很赞，感谢宾馆送的贴心小礼物--一条围巾！我们两辆车舟车劳顿，灰头土脸的来到，脸面光洁的离开，感谢宾馆贴心的洗车服务！如果有机会去到桐庐，金鑫值得推荐！
