8.25-8.27入住。 酒店在没有任何告知的情况下，在我退房告诉我国内长途电话50多元需要收费。我出差住的那么多酒店都是免费的，解决该事的工作人员居然解释：我们在网上订的，已经很便宜了。而后，工作人员说我打国内长途是需要服务员开通的，并且入住也会提醒该收费服务，可是我在办理入住到退房，没有任何提示，电话我也是直接拨通的。工作人员态度非常强硬的告诉我必须支付该费用，我说找他们负责人来，她说：没有
