该店位于南宋御街，周围的人文景观很好，往南走有地方特色美食一条街。在这条街周围有很多快捷酒店和家庭旅馆，从经济上、设施、服务做了很多比较，最终选择这里，宾馆很干净，房间设施也齐全，唯一的缺陷就是太小。楼下有早餐供应，持房卡25元1位，品种挺多，儿子说还不错。

提前了差不多半个月订好的房间，去到等了半个多小时还没房，而且三间房没安排在一起。酒店虽在步行街里面，但主要以游客为主，吃喝并太地道。房间超级小，感觉性价比不高。
