地理位置很好，在南宋御街，离西湖走路大慨十五分钟，离定安路地铁很近，走路两分钟就到，河坊街高银街就在附近，吃饭选择多，房间大小还行，卫生挺干净的，唯一的缺点是不太隔音

自己带孩子去玩，这个地方位置真的没得说，出了地铁站一走就到，连5分钟都用不了。不好的地方，就是房间太小了。幸亏我是自己带孩子来的，如果两个大人在带孩子屋里站都站不开。

房间虽小，设施很齐全，关键是卫生非常不错，周边环境很好，离商业区和西湖都很近，往南就是步行街吃喝都有。

锦江之星在快捷酒店中还是非常不错的，服务，卫生，设施都比较满意，房间虽小但很人性化，酒店在南宋御街里，离河坊老街很近，吃饭购物比较方便，离西湖1公里多点，离商场也不远，可以去银泰百货的外婆家吃饭。

今天刚刚入住，地理位置挺好的，在南宋御街入口处，买特产方便了。从杭州东站坐地铁1号线，往湘湖方向，到定安路站下车，出地铁站不远，就到了，很好找。离西湖有一段距离，但转西湖还是租一台自行车比较方便，在锦江之星酒店后门，出门左转路口处，有租车和办长的地方??。
酒店卫生很好，就是房子太小，如果要求过高的，还是选择大点的2张床房间吧。酒店工作人员服务态度很好。刚住没多久，有了只是一点点感觉，待续。

服务态度非常好，设施卫生条件也好，关键是交通方便在南宋御街内，离地铁站也很近。离店时东西忘记在房间，过了很久才想起打电话去问结果还帮我找到了，非常感谢帮我寄的顺丰。等事情处理完再去杭州玩的时候还是优先考虑住这里。
