卫生条件可以，楼下就是一条美食街，就在鼓楼边上，和河坊街很近，提供的沐浴露和洗发露还可以，住的可以。
PS:凑巧看到隔壁整理房间，搞卫生的叔叔是用抹布在擦地，感觉和家里搞卫生一样。

缺点：图片和实际不符合，房间很小，没有书桌，楼道隔音效果超差，房间正对楼梯，走过的声音都能听得清清楚楚，窗户正对中山南路，索性窗户是四层玻璃，马路噪音还能接受br优点：卫生间比较干净，自动贩卖机东西不算贵，离河坊街近
