装修比较新，但是房间真心小，楼上的空调口对着吹，不爽，位置很好，逛逛河坊街，南宋御街很方便

先说缺点：到店支付房费的时候前台并没有像绝大多数酒店一样刷信用卡的预付，而是直接把钱刷走了；刚住进去的时候很失望，房间很小，而且因为订的三人间，所以只有一楼有，比较闷，屋里一股潮味儿，大床并不大，屋内能放东西的空间不多；早餐是给酒店旁边的餐馆的15元/人券，说实话味道一般，尤其是跟别家店比。所以后来我们就是用早餐券去买些饮料，然后去别家吃早餐了。再说优点：地理位置非常好，就在鼓楼脚下，紧挨南宋御街和美食街，逛街吃饭都很方便，走到西湖柳浪闻莺也就二十分钟吧，总之是很热闹的好地段，性价比算是相当高了；服务态度都很好，问题马上都能微笑解决；住起来并不感觉像刚进屋那样潮闷，床褥干爽舒服，打扫也算尽职尽责。如果可以接受民宿，还是很推荐这里的。
