    卫生不错，酒店工作人员服务态度也的确很好，周围光景也可以，距离吴山广场三公里路程，西湖湖滨公园1公里路程，周围有省儿童医院，浙江大学口腔医院也就三四分钟路程。总的来说还算可以的，价格稍贵了点。但是，我住过好几次，这次难得发现，三月份，外面温度都达到20几度，酒店竟然空调没有运行，我问了酒店服务人员，告诉我，说最近有人投诉说晚上睡觉冷，说才关掉空调，又跟我说，三月份是酒店不打空调的。我去你妹，都连续一个礼拜温度都是二十几度，哪个逗比会投诉天气冷？我跟家里人晚上根本没法睡觉，因为一晚都热出翔了！所以其他都满意，就是这点我觉得酒店的管理跟服务性还是有待提高！客人进酒店最重要的就是冷气跟暖气，你们不能跟季节性挂钩，而是跟当天以及几天的天气状况适当去调节到底是冷气还是暖气！
