位置还可以，但这家zsmart真心的差，个人因为在上海住过这个品牌，来杭州旅游就定了连锁的，结果酒店真心是住这么久最差的，房间味道超级大，开空调吹好久才散掉一些；灯很昏暗，很多设施老旧，没有梳子和热水壶，也没有提供矿泉水，最可怕的是晚上睡觉窗帘最上面缝很大，而且挨着街，关窗噪音也特大，又亮又吵，整的很晚才睡着，个人建议同等价位不首选。

优点1：位置方便，就在最繁华的西湖湖滨商圈附近，离西湖大约5-7分钟步行路程，也在地铁1号线定安路地铁站附近。
优点2：床够宽，即使1张床2个人也完全够空间
优点3：打扰洁净、装潢挺好
缺点1：又是明明写了「含港澳台」到入住又不让，幸好前台通融，不然当时凌晨1点多都不知道该怎么找房间
缺点2：房间空间其实蛮挤的，不过在床够宽的情况下，觉得可以体谅。
