椅子不能坐。污渍太大块了，不敢坐。我不是特意针对这个酒店，因为我还是比较喜欢那个全身镜的！我希望，您可以整治一下酒店房间的配套休息设备，还有就是卫生方面，进门一看，吓得我走路不敢拖鞋走，被烟头烫穿地毯，上面充满了其他客人留下的污渍很清楚，我也承认这些样子不是你们酒店的全责，但是我希望在下一批客人留住前，改良一下地面环境，哪怕是换一个地毯。对客人，心情好。对自己酒店，好评多。双赢！

办理入住时的服务人员态度很好，周边有很多好吃的小店，也有便利店，周边即是商圈，非常方便，距离西湖步行十多分钟吧，交通便利，本是一次很好的体验，结果离店的时候前台态度差的可以！跟她说话头都不抬，不耐烦的语气，爱答不理的态度，真的让人窝火！一大早的好心情都给毁了！

什么垃圾？明明定了两晚到了酒店说一晚，浪费半小时时间，早上九点钟还没起床都把我门打开了说我退房了，莫名其妙的，体验极差

两年前入住时酒店开业不久 设施服务都可以 两年后 屋顶发霉 屋里有爬虫 卫生条件类似于一般火车站附近酒店吧 入住人员可能有点杂 两天入住分别有情侣吵架 是那种大吵 屋子很不隔音 隔壁房间说话就像在自己屋里说话一样 不知道怎么两年变化这么大 但是不得不说的是位置确实很好 去西湖步行十几分钟 吃饭逛街都方便 应该不会再次入住
