一开始订的那个很小 进去很压抑 有点恐怖房间 后面找到前台 想换一件有窗户的房间 前台效率很高 立马换了一个 比较满意服务 换的那个房间也很好 洗漱台 淋雨 马桶都是分开的 他家风格有点偏老旧 emm对女生来说可能有点恐怖 我住的是4楼 出门就是一个老旧柜橱配上红色墙还是什么灯光 直发怵整个人 没住过别的楼层 但是他家服务卫生倒是还行 设施也很不错 住的话建议带有窗户的房间！！！一定要有窗户

位置非常之好，就在地铁口，并且去西湖和夜市都几分钟就能到达。酒店房间性价比非常高，很干净，房间布置也很温馨。总而言之，西湖很美我还会去，下次也会毫不犹豫的选择你们酒店。

一直忘了点评，我觉得有必要让大家知道这么一家性价比极高的酒店。酒店房间宽敞舒服。酒店的位置就在西湖边上。边上就是步行街。非常适合游玩入住。几乎是大家住西湖边上不二之选。边上银泰餐饮娱乐一体也非常方便。推荐推荐

酒店位置就在西湖边上。住的有窗的房间非常舒服。空间也很大。性价比极高。酒店厕所也很大。酒店服务也非常好及时。推荐大家来住。银泰就在边上逛街吃饭也很方便。

交通方便，店在步行街，车子停路边走几步就是酒店。楼下各种餐饮都有，旁边是银泰广场，拐弯走几分钟就是西湖。上楼电梯要刷卡，安全性高。酒店前台有各种杭州一日游的介绍信息和各种游玩组合，旅游必备。房间内设施齐全，卫生间也大，带孩子洗漱时不怕施展不开。酒店人员服务热情，百问不厌。总之是个好选择！

酒店位置很好，离西湖3-5分钟，门口步行街上非常热闹，停车方便，前台服务热情，回复非常耐心，小姑娘非常甜，亲和力强，点赞??
