酒店位置超级好，离地铁龙翔桥站特近。步行西湖五分钟，雷峰塔不堵车公交十来分钟。酒店旁边有早餐点。只是定的雅致大床是1.6床，带孩子没法住，加一点钱换的1.8床的阳光大床房，真不错。希望下次住能优惠些。

枕头有异味 房间有蟑螂 空调吹出来有烟味 房间设施比较旧 地毯上都是烟头烫破的痕迹 不推荐入住 而且价钱较贵 卫生不行

酒店服务很好前台热情周到，一听是l远到旅游的，介绍了很多景点和注意事项，房间干净利落，24小时热水。地理位置棒，出门2分钟西湖边，繁华商业街。
