去年第一次来杭州，因为价格便宜距离西湖比较近，住过两晚，装修旧但是还算干净。所以今年和爸妈一起过来，还住了这一家，硬件条件已经让人无法直视：床垫右边已经垮了，空调出风口有两处掉落估计两公分，床头右边有霉味，床头左边有老化破损而且有很多污渍，电视电源无法关闭，床头唯一的插座是松动的，地毯有两处烟头烫痕一大块污渍；走道地毯有大面积污渍5-6处，大厅那几块空掉的地板都一年了还是空的，这是一家已经放弃维修维护的店，难怪价格越卖越便宜了，放弃。

地理位置超好的，离龙翔桥站五分钟脚程，离西湖也就五分钟脚程，而且出门三分钟就能走到延安街，总体还行吧。有蚊子！一进房间就被咬了四个包
