房间有点小，卫生间比较老，没有花洒，只有固定的喷头。另外固定在墙上的有个架子应该是不用的，黑黑脏脏的。

春节期间一家人入住行政客房包含茶歇服务 9楼的行政酒廊关闭告知去1层可享用茶点 位置改变无所谓春节可以理解 但是时间请明确 我们来回跑了2趟全因时间不对劝回 第三次还是在大堂副理的安排下得以解决 好歹是个四星 对于春节初三到初五的一层餐厅领班及各值班服务员表示非常不满意 不给解决推卸责任态度强硬 下次不回再选择这家酒店了 如不是春节房紧张当即就会退房 但除各别服务态度 酒店环境还是很好的 强烈期望提高服务员的个人培训
