春节期间和爸妈、孩子到杭州，经多方比较选择了梅苑，订标间和亲子房。前台服务热情，早餐非常丰富，还出现了等位现象，说明选择梅苑住宿的人多，到西湖乘公交车非常方便，去灵隐寺可以把车停黄龙换车点，持门票或公交车票免费停。宾馆的停车场较小。亲子房卫生间统风建议改善一下，儿童床太硬，建议换成普通床，平时也可以当三人间使用。总之以后来杭州还会选择梅苑。
