    酒店地理位置还好 就在运河广场 房间硬件设置除了稍微有点旧其它都还好 卫生还是很干净 但是酒店的服务真心让人觉得无语 房间电话连线都没有插 打电话去前台还得自己用手机打 跟前台反应前台连句解释或者抱歉都没有 问酒店拿一下充电线也没有 反正就是一副各种没有一副你看着办的态度 总之服务态度是最让人无法忍受的

    原先是由于离亲戚家近而订的酒店，入住后发现，环境超出想象。房间宽敞明亮，干净卫生。地理位置也不错，门口是运河广场，还有世纪联华超市，购物很方便。穿过运河广场，沿运河旁有一条古色古香的街道，是休闲发呆的好去处。

    酒店虽说是准五星，但服务不到位，门口没人帮提行李及开关门，一切都要自己动手。因为酒店开张不到2年房子还是比较新的房间也较大不拥挤特别是卫生间超大特喜欢。算干净滴。如果服务跟上那性价比就会高很多。酒店周边环境也挺好的，有机会还是会考虑的。
