服务很好，房间设施也很好，干净整洁。交通方便，机场大巴在店的附近也有停靠。

我的房间在15楼，是顶楼。由于靠近高架桥晚上有点吵。第一个房间宽带无法上网，维修了1个小时也没有好，只能换了1间房。总体来说一般。

酒店位置不错，近解放路平海路，高驾边上。去西湖、吴山广场都方便。房间干净，标间的床太小，房间很热，照明太暗

原本的百瑞四季酒店，这次住的是15楼标间，装修一般。房间热水大。网线只有一条，选择上网或看电视。窗户是双层的，关上隔音很好。附近没什么店，要走5分钟后就热闹。

酒店离西湖比较近，在这个地理条件下这个价位也挺合理的，就是水要放一会才会热，总的可以的，下回在杭州还会选择这个酒店
