住的还可以，但是酒店里面的商务中心订的印象西湖的票让我非常失望，交钱时交的是的VIP位置的钱，讲的也是最好位置的票，而最后去到现场拿到的票却是最差的位置，钱被坑了不说，态度也不好。

该酒店非常不错 原本计划6点到，但由于堵车一直到9点多 提前致电酒店，工作人员帮忙保留，而且态度也很好
