最近因为出差经常住在这里，每次都很满意，酒店环境很好很安静，房间卫生也不错，每次都有小水果送，这次还送了其他小礼品～工作人员都很耐心态度很好，入住退房方便，地下车库停车位也很充足，出门搭地铁也方便，总之都挺满意的，还会再来住的～

酒店服务好，地理位置不错，带孩子出行，有1.35的双床，酒店机器人可以送外卖上楼，小朋友都喜欢??。附近购物吃饭都比较方便

提前了半个月在网上订的房间，订了两晚上，提前一天宾馆就打电话来了，给我们从商务双床升级到了豪华双床，然后询问我们有什么入住要求，还加了微信说是不管入住前后羿有问题都可以找她，挺好的。
打了招呼提前到店准备放了行李再出去玩。
自助办卡的，办好房卡还送了我们小礼物，一盒雪花酥。房间给我们选的很好，一进去就很满意，干净整洁，浴室也大，窗外的风景也很好。
客房阿姨人也很好，客客气气的，有事找了微信小姐姐阿姨立马就来了，晚上也是。早上要东西时和阿姨打了招呼只需要收垃圾就好，阿姨立马给我们收拾了还给浴室了消毒，非常迅速（阿姨叫什么琴，名字忘了）
宾馆离西湖，武林门，西湖文化广场什么的都很近，我们去那都是骑车的，杭州的自行车非常多。
这两天住的很满意，下车再去杭州还会首选星都的。

酒店是提前预定的，和朋友到了酒店给我升级了个套房，太感谢了。只要去杭州出差都是这个酒店，酒店服务贴心！停车方便、吃饭逛街方便！特别前台刘姐和小姐姐小哥哥们，家人一样服务细致。帮忙拿行李！一直会住那个酒店。
