酒店客房很多，有停车场可以免费停车。房间比较宽敞，整体舒适。前台服务很好，特别有礼貌，房间送有水果酸奶，比较贴心。

选了很久，看了很多评价，经过对比选了这里，果然没用选错。是新装修，很棒。每天都有水果送在房间非常棒。对这里印象都超级好！但是到了退房的时候，前台实在是太不专业了，我反复问了几遍是否已经完成可以走了，她说是的，等走了之后又打电话说房费支付出了问题... 无语了！说她不专业，说是她的问题，还不承认！刷卡小票也不主动给客户，客户找她要，她还来句“你还要啊？”酒店很好！但是前台实在是太烂了！

酒店的位置非常好，出去购物，吃饭和游玩都很方便。酒店去年重新装修过，大厅和房间都装修得很好，基本上达到了准五星的水平。酒店里面各种配套娱乐设施齐全，住店客人非常方便。也比较适合带孩子的家庭。酒店的自助早餐非常好，中西结合，品种丰富。酒店有免费的地下地面停车场。酒店前台服务也非常好，给我免费升级了豪华大床房，客人有什么需求，打个电话就会尽快滿足。

非常满意的一次体验。定的行政大床房，当天下雨很大。前台看淋湿了，给升级的行政套房。酒店位置很好，离地铁西湖文化广场站不太远，对面就有吃饭看电影的地方。早餐还可以。房间应该是刚装修过得。很舒适。沐浴露洗发水都是品牌的。
