管家小哥很热情，有问题随叫随到，最重要的是设备完善，该有的都有，还有冰箱和洗衣机你敢信？！但是基本不会用他。。最最重要的是很干净，没有什么不舒服的地方。。城西银泰就在不远，到浙大紫金港校区打滴滴10块之内就能搞定(如果到东门，才5块，简直不敢信)

本来在前台办理的续住，刚好碰上他们经理在场，，特意给了免费升级，新的房间又大又宽敞，关键是设施很齐全，前台的经理服务很热情，点赞；房间的卫生状况也是OK的，打扫的阿姨服务态度也好，以后来杭州就指定这家云宿了，推荐

房间面积真的很大，和朋友一起出游选择的这家云宿，前台很nice，服务相当到位，大半夜的需要纸巾，说了之后一个小伙子很快就送了过来，又帮我们加了一把椅子；酒店的地理位置也比较方便，楼下就是地铁口；酒店的卫生状况也还行，看上去比较清爽干净，这次预定了两天，整体满意，推荐一下吧
