说实话在这家酒店住了很多天但是现在发生的事情确实让人有些理解不了，未经我的允许私自给我家人开房门并且未通知我等我回来发现这个情况要求他们退当晚的房费都不肯，在酒店住如果个人安全隐私都受不了保护那么我想请问酒店房卡的意义在哪里？不住家里学校住酒店难道就是来找不痛快吗？住酒店的大忌私自开房门并且还能理直气壮的真的还是厉害的
