酒店位置很不错，距离西湖肯能稍微远了点，但距离鼓楼很近，开车大概只要10到15分钟，很方便。房间略小了一点，但是很整洁，除了淋浴房的光线偏暗之外，其余都很满意。由于这次去杭州是参加葬礼的，所以早餐需要提前通知前台帮忙打包，然后由于各种原因导致早餐打包时间的数次更改，但是前台的服务人员依然很热情的帮忙解决问题，还帮忙预定了凌晨4点的出租车。总之身为万豪会员的我一直很相信其旗下酒店的服务，这次更让我相信她们的热忱服务，我会一如既往的支持万豪酒店。

位置很方便，出了地铁口就是。房间环境也不错，四星标准。因为是提前预付的不需要交押金，退房时房卡给前台就OK，无需等待查房。

酒店很新，设施都不错，就是旁边还在建设，有点吵，就在地铁口非常方便，入住办理时有点不开心，，本来在排队，不好紧贴前面的人，别人挤到前面，我上前办理，服务员马上说我插队，头都不抬一下，我刚说我一直在排很久了，而且已经被人插过队，想算了，结果还是如此，最后给我办时就说算了，先给我办，我都不知道说什么了，不想为这生气，但毕竟也是万豪旗下，还不至于忙到完全不顾情况，就下结论吧～
