酒店硬件方面还不错，大堂偏小，前台counter太小了，就三个人可以同时做check in或check out，如果人多的话，连个排队的地方都比较压抑。客房总体来说还可以的，就是卫生间的灯设计不是很合理，感觉冲淋房比较暗，总感觉像少开一个灯。行政楼是我到现在体验过的最差的行政楼。食物无论从品种或品质上来说，都很难接受。先是油炸三文鱼，后来是辣子鸡，再后来是鸭锁骨，感觉就是在消化边角料一样，节约成本体现得淋漓尽致！客房服务员很客气，有礼貌，前台员工也不错，主动询问是否需要发票。难得的是路过礼宾部counter，没有看向服务员，但是他主动跟我说“你好”，现在能有这样的员工已经很难得了。总体来说，满分5颗星的话，我打四颗星

如图所示，大落地窗，外面就是钱江新城的中心，隔壁就是市政府，虽然最近附近正在修建，但也不影响万豪旗下的品质，房间的隔音很不错，床也很舒服。距离杭州东站20分钟，不堵车。 还有核心点是：附近有我的救命咖啡，星巴克。就在隔壁，B1还有很多小吃店和超市，一站搞定。
