位置偏僻，房间太小，床似木板，硬邦邦的，电视机就是摆设，仅一个台，还播的藏语！酒店外是单行道，出行极不方便，体验太差，这样也能评上四星酒店，失望。

酒店周边环境很不错，很喜欢房间的大落地窗，就是浴室的花洒是固定的，而且是垂直在天花板上的，很容易弄湿头发

酒店门前就有早餐店，非常不错，可以常常，酒店离著名的南宋小吃一条街就隔一条河，晚上过去逛逛还是很近的，另外酒店离西湖也不远，交通非常方便。如果对住宿有一定要求，又不能太贵的话，非常推荐这家店。

紧邻胡雪岩故居，酒店门口的小河也很别致，关键是过了河便是高银街和明清街，吃喝玩乐很方便。酒店门前就有早餐店，非常不错，可以常常，酒店离著名的南宋小吃一条街就隔一条河，晚上过去逛逛还是很近的，另外酒店离西湖也不远，交通非常方便。如果对住宿有一定要求，又不能太贵的话，非常推荐这家店。
