酒店环境服务没的说，2个字满意，由于是临时决定去西湖的，酒店是在下午6点多才定的，运气好正好有一间房，酒店离西湖只有100多米，前台的服务也是挺满意的，我进酒店是一个叫袁菁菁的小姑娘接待的，人特好，由于我定的房间还没打扫干净，为了不让我家人久等就帮我升级了套房，太热情了，挺暖心的，不愧是5星级酒店啊，服务环境决定ok，最后还是要感谢一下袁菁菁，感谢望湖宾馆。
