为前台美女王一鸣点个赞之前看网络点评就看到很多客人说她服务好，来到酒店没想到正巧是她接待的，服务是真的非常好又热心又体贴，看我们带着小孩和老人一直忙着安排好一点房间但是因为我们自己的原因换了两次房间她也没有一点不耐烦，反而一直想办法帮我们解决，还提前帮忙准备好小孩子的拖鞋和牙刷，推荐周围的饭馆和景点，很周到住过这么多五星级酒店服务都没有她给我的感觉好，笑容非常真诚以后来杭州必来望湖宾馆
