地理位置给五星，离交通站，商业街，西湖景区都是几分钟的路。酒店大堂很友好，看到我大包小包带个孩子主动帮我拿行李，而且一楼还有个小型儿童乐园，管理的很干净，而且安全也有保障。房间里的热水壶洗的特别干净，不想有些酒店，打开一看都是水垢，就这一点值得手动点赞。

一家老底子杭派酒店，面向西湖，风景优美，空气清新……尤其要表扬下为我们办理入住的小姑娘王一鸣，态度亲切，还主动帮我们把房间升级，其实整个酒店的服务员都很亲切，主动拿行李，主动帮忙按电梯。顺便一提他们家早茶，虽然自费，但菜色丰富，非常不错还能观赏西湖美景！总之物有所值，以后还会选择这里哦！

服务热情周到，清洁人员看到我晾晒的衣物，主动搬来晾衣架。
整个酒店干净，整洁，地理位置极为便利
如果要提一点意见，房间里空调控制器操作不直观，可以考虑更换一下
