酒店地理位置非常好，作为五星酒店，酒店硬件没优势，但酒店的服务非常好，尤其朱亦农先生，服务细致周到，为人热情和蔼，这样的员工，绝对是一家企业的宝，因为现在新开的酒店一家比一家新，一家比一家有特色，可最终忘了酒店是服务行业，靠的是服务，像望湖酒店这样注重服务的酒店，绝对是首选。

宾馆的地理位置非常好，离西湖很近，过一条马路就到了，最值得称赞的是酒店的服务，尤其是朱管家周到细致的服务，是酒店服务的点睛之笔，为我们提供周到细致的咨服务，看我们带着小孩也主动拿来了小孩的拖鞋和牙。刷
