连续两次在这里入住了，酒店的服务给人的印象很深刻，很温馨，也是让我续住的原因。行李员会免费帮你叫车。外出想买些特产但不知道哪里的经济实惠，微信上就问了望湖金管家的微信，没多会儿就把杭州经济实惠的几家特产店发给我，真的很方便，包括公交车和地铁的运行时间，都会查出来发我微信上，住了很多家酒店，这家酒店的金管家微信服务非常新颖有创意，还很便捷！印象深刻的是我从外面回来，在跟金管家一楠咨询问题时，我打了喷嚏还咳嗽了两声，咨询完问题就回房间了，没想到我刚到房间没多会儿，金管家一楠就端着姜汤送到我的房间，这么意外又温暖贴心的服务真的很感动。以后有机会到杭州，还会选择这家酒店的。

朱管家自己整理了出游攻略，服务人员郑愛香看到有带小孩还贴心地送了小孩用品，有宾至如归的感觉，就是酒店房间没有带来惊喜。

在西湖边找宾馆，偶遇蝶来望湖宾馆，走路到西湖五分钟路程，这样的价格真的是很划算的，以后会在来的。还有8楼的广式早茶很正宗，喜欢！
