地理位置优越，过斑马线就能抵达西湖，酒店大堂很华丽，工作人员都会打招呼很有礼貌，最感谢前台的王一鸣小姐姐，真的很nice人非常的好又温柔，帮我们安排的房间可以看到西湖全景，西湖真的太美了！知道我们要去千岛湖后特地找出了千岛湖的旅游地图，还帮忙订车票，推荐的温馨岛也非常的有特色（小姐姐就是千岛湖本地人给的建议都很实用，赞一个）真的非常感谢她！

酒店很棒，服务贴心，带着80岁老母亲出游，望湖宾馆是最正确的选择，出门就是西湖，顶楼阳台可欣赏西湖全景，饭菜也很好，有道菜叫什么桂鱼，名字忘了，母亲非常喜欢，关键是，酒店员工都让人感到很亲切，服务非常周到，我们到酒店的比较早，前台的小王（王一鸣）看我母亲年纪大了，特地安排了一件很安静的房间还靠近电梯，还怕老人家累就帮我们借了酒店的轮椅，又请其他人帮助我们把行李拿到了房间。非常贴心懂礼貌的小姑娘，总之，五星好评！
