酒店是近几年开的，装修比较新，酒店大堂很符合希尔顿一贯风格，说几个不足之处，客房卫生间淋雨房的门是内开的，空间局促，在里面洗澡不方便，按照5星级的打造的，竟然没电动窗帘，另外酒店的服务人员也欠热情

酒店比较新，设施完善，干净卫生。健身房，游泳池，桌球房都不错，服务人员态度很好，早餐以西式为主，品种丰富。总之，非常满意。位置在下沙得行政中心，附近不是繁华的商业街，马路对面有超市。走到地铁金沙湖站也就3，4分钟。不在西湖边，但胜在性价比。
