    办理入住很快，服务热情周到，酒店交通方便，地铁出来就是，还有就是酒店对面的天街shoping mall 吃饭的餐厅很多，推荐3楼的泰国餐厅，口味不错。

    酒店位置离市中心远一点，但是在下沙是最好的啦，设施很新，房间够大，还是一如既往的不提供免费无线，早餐丰富丰盛，又给自己留出充足的时间慢慢品，服务超好！中餐厅价格贵些，但是菜品味道环境，加收服务费也是值得的，推荐

    作为五星级酒店，应该把每个细节都做好，但是客房里酒店宣传册上有客人的涂鸦，为何客房服务没有更换？而且是在我入住日之前将近半个月的涂鸦。文件夹里只有一支笔，信封信纸全部没有补上，致电后，过了半小时，服务员送来一打信封，没有一张信纸，我也不想多说了，我电话说清楚信封信纸没有的，我都需要，结果送来的只有信封。其他方面还算可以，客房部分。 自助早餐的话，人太多了，可能元旦假期关系，服务明显是跟不上的，桌子上糖和果酱都没有，只能去问服务员拿。咖啡杯也来不及跟上。 总的来说，只能说是价格实在吧，五星级这个价格不算贵了。
